Time to time there are customers that are experiencing Performance issues.

Performance issues may be caused by a lot of factors, so here we have not other choice that start analysing step by step.


Into this Articles you will find the very first step needed when analysing performance issues for WFC.


The first thing is to address the best practices to the customer regarding WFC performance best practices, available in kronos community:

There are several things that need to be regularly checked and maintained to stop application slowness including 
-Regular timecard sign offs 
-avoiding future paycode edits 
-not using totals on the fly
